Overview
This resource provides sample language to both acknowledge receipt of a privacy complaint and to communicate the closure of a privacy complaint investigation.
The examples below are provided for information purposes only. State health departments should edit these samples to the circumstances of each case, as well as to match their communication style and meet any legal requirements or agency expectations.
