Arden Fritz worked as the Legal Affairs Coordinator for the Minnesota Department of Health Current since 2010. He advises the Emergency Preparedness and Response Division on legal issues pertaining to emergency preparedness and response, and also advises the Agency on contracts, grants, and other forms of written agreements. He performs correctness reviews of health care professionals disqualified under Minnesota law because of past criminal activity; (4) data practices.

In his previous work Mr. Fritz was the Assistant Sherburne County Attorney in Minnesota and worked as the Managing Public Defender of the Minnesota Tenth Judicial District. He graduated Hamline School of Law in 1986 and received a B.A. from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1983.
