The Equity Officer Peer Group (EOPG) was created to support those doing equity work, even if equity is only a small focus of their work. EOPG aims to harness collective power and boost equity work through resource sharing, learning sessions, and by providing opportunities to connect.

This series of resources responds to that question, monitoring developments and identifying opportunities to use law and policy for the advancement of reproductive health in an adverse environment. The Network is committed to supporting those protecting and promoting reproductive health, and we welcome questions, ideas, and requests for consultation on the resources in this series as well as other efforts to continue progress amidst opposition.

In the wake of the renewed racial justice movement in 2020 and the COVID-19 pandemic, jurisdictions across the country enacted laws to address health disparities and advance racial equity – as well as laws that may impede these goals.
