Following a brief overview of key COVID-19 epi and legal updates, this intense session centers on the key emerging constitutional challenges to ongoing public health responses in real-time based on actual litigation, policymaker objections, advocacy positions, or other sources. After an initial 30 minute rapid fire presentation, questions and comments submitted in advance during registration are addressed.
