As the East Coast and additional affected states and localities brace for the full impact of Superstorm Sandy, multiple states and the federal government have now declared various states of emergency. The Network is ready and able to provide guidance on any legal questions arising related to the change in the legal environment related to these states of emergency, as well as issues of law and policy related to emergency response efforts to protect the public’s health. More information will be available on critical issues of law and policy as they arise and the Network will share them as fully as possible.
