Issue Brief: Teen Driving in Eastern Region

Motor vehicle crashes are the leading cause of death for U.S. teens, and account for more than one in three deaths for in the 12-19 age group. Legal strategies can be used to help address this public health issue.

These resources look at the current laws aimed at reducing teen driver accidents and fatalities in 11 Eastern Region states and Washington D.C., and offer legal solutions to help further reduce teen driving accidents.
