Travis received his J.D. in 2007 from the University of Wyoming College of Law. While at the University of Wyoming, Travis served as the Domestic Violence Legal Assistant Student Director from 2006-2007, and was honored in 2007 as the Outstanding Student Lawyer for his pro bono services by the Wyoming State Bar. Since coming to work for the Wyoming Attorney General, Travis' practice has specialized in health information privacy and security, mental health, and disability issues.
